About the Role

At Century Interactive, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way businesses interact with their customers. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving our sales strategy forward and building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and their staff to understand their unique business challenges and needs.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and technical expertise to communicate the value and innovative power of Century Interactive's AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and onboarding processes.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through effective lead generation, pipeline development, and sales execution.
Requirements
  • Proven sales track record in the automotive and software industries.
  • Experience establishing relationships with car dealership owners, general managers, CRM/marketing managers.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and process-oriented with a genuine curiosity to understand clients' business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel in-territory up to 40% of the time.
