About the Role

At Deckers Brands, we're committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity. As a Junior Account Executive, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Sport Specialty Sales team. This position requires a highly motivated and proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, a passion for the footwear industry, and a strong desire to learn and grow within HOKA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the team in managing meetings, maintaining weekly sales reports, and managing orderbooks daily to ensure the team is achieving all targets and objectives for the DICK'S Sporting Goods business.
  • Analyze sales data, evaluate sales reports, and provide insights to optimize sales strategies.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between internal partners, including sales, marketing, merchandising, and operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with access-point partners, resolving partner issues and ensuring the intersections between HOKA's and the partners' needs are aligned.
Requirements
  • Ability to provide a high-level of organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work independently and collaboratively.
  • Passion for the fitness-footwear industry with a strong personal desire to lead HOKA forward.
  • Strong attention to detail – demonstrates accuracy in maintaining records, processing orders, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete.
