About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Junior Account Executive to join our Sport Specialty Sales team at HOKA. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business with Recreational Equipment Inc. (R.E.I.).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the team in achieving sales targets and objectives by managing meetings, maintaining weekly sales reports, and managing orderbooks daily.
  • Analyze sales data to evaluate sales reports, orderbooks, and track metrics to optimize sales strategies.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between internal partners, including sales, marketing, merchandising, and operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with access-point partners, resolving partner issues and ensuring alignment between HOKA's and the partners' needs.
Requirements
  • Ability to provide a high-level of organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work independently and collaboratively.
  • Passion for the fitness-footwear industry with a strong personal desire to lead HOKA forward.
  • Strong attention to detail – demonstrates accuracy in maintaining records, processing orders, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete.

$70,000 - $75,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
