Job Title: Guest Services Specialist

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and informed about the various services and promotions available. Your role will involve cultivating relationships with our VIP clientele and executing innovative promotional strategies to enhance their experience. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with guests, colleagues, and management. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and focused on optimizing operational success. A minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with VIP guests
  • Execute new promotional initiatives
  • Oversee credit management and reinvestment strategies for guests
  • Encourage increased guest visits and gaming activity
  • Attract new clientele
Required Qualifications:
