  11. Clarifying pricing structures and securing payments for bottle services.
  12. Delivering outstanding customer service consistently to all guests.
  13. Addressing and resolving service-related issues promptly and professionally.
  14. Welcoming guests upon arrival and seating VIP bottle service patrons.
  15. Marketing and promoting on-site events.
  16. Exhibiting flexibility to undertake additional job-related tasks as required, while anticipating and responding to guests' needs with urgency.
  17. Communicating effectively with management, culinary staff, and other team members to address guest requests and concerns.
  18. Adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as health department regulations.
  19. Complying with health and safety standards.
  20. Maintaining grooming standards, uniform compliance, and jewelry policies.
  21. Performing other assigned duties as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in meeting marketing goals as defined by management.
  • Familiarity with social media strategies as outlined by management.
  • Proficient in social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter, with active engagement.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Effective communication skills with both customers and team members.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary work credentials for this position.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Capability to collaborate within a team in a high-pressure, high-volume setting.
  • Demonstrated adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong communication skills; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
  • Proficient reading and writing skills in English.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in nightclub or restaurant marketing, or relevant experience through internships or academic coursework.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs as required.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods on various surfaces.
  • Professional appearance consistent with departmental grooming standards.
  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service, with the ability to confidently discuss and serve these items.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Must be at least 21 years old to serve food and beverages in compliance with state regulations.
