- Project Communication: Communicate project details, timelines, and requirements to installation teams and customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of project status, including scheduling updates and customer communications.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure installations meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Team Performance Evaluation: Evaluate installation team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement: Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Bilingual Skills: Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
- Industry Experience: Any flooring experience a plus.
- Administrative Experience: Any administration experience a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently, proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving skills and attention to detail, willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
