Position Summary:
- We are looking for a proficient Service Incident Coordinator with a robust background in Azure Administration, incident resolution, and Agile practices. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in the Cruise sector and will be tasked with overseeing technical initiatives, ensuring effective integration, and fostering innovation. With 10 to 14 years of relevant experience, this role is pivotal in enhancing our technological framework and delivering exceptional solutions.
- The Service Incident Coordinator will be responsible for the following activities:
- Collaborate, prioritize, plan, and manage the execution of project backlogs.
- Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies to achieve project milestones.
- Provide administrative support for Azure services within the enterprise data hub.
- Act as the primary contact for infrastructure triages and all types of technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of Azure-based solutions that align with business goals. Manage the administration and upkeep of Azure environments, ensuring peak performance and security.
- Deliver incident management expertise, promptly addressing issues to reduce downtime and operational impact.
- Adopt Agile methodologies to improve project delivery and team synergy.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of technological solutions.
- Encourage innovation by identifying and applying new technologies and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, particularly in the Cruise sector.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and operational guidelines.
- Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor and report on project status, ensuring timely completion and compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Qualifications: Extensive experience in Azure Administration, showcasing a deep understanding of cloud technologies.
- Strong incident management capabilities, with a proven history of resolving complex technical challenges.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with experience leading Agile teams and projects.
- A solid background in the Cruise sector, understanding the unique challenges and requirements of the industry.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, focused on delivering high-quality solutions.
