Volt is currently seeking a Customer Account Specialist

As a Customer Account Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging directly with clients, sales teams, and service representatives to manage a variety of inbound and outbound post-sales service tasks.
  • Addressing customer and internal partner inquiries, working independently or collaborating with other departments to fulfill these requests, and following up or escalating as necessary.
  • Gathering and preparing documentation related to customer accounts, products, and service inquiries/issues.
  • Updating databases with records of customer interactions and actions taken to meet customer needs.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of account information by maintaining updated records and managing customer documentation/forms.
  • Coordinating field sales/service appointments or escalating to partners as needed.
  • Managing requests for additional company materials.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and follow-ups, and resolving issues related to billing, payments, and credits.
This is a Full-Time position.

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A High School Diploma or an Associate Degree in Business Administration or Health Management, Medical Administration.
  • Experience in Workers' Compensation or Healthcare is preferred.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Availability to work flexible shifts.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
*The pay range offered to a successful candidate will be determined based on various factors, including education, work experience, job location, specific job responsibilities, certifications, etc.
