Job Overview:
This position is a remote and field-based role dedicated to managing key accounts in the allergy sector.

Role Summary:

The Territory Account Specialist (TAS) is a driven business leader who tailors customer interactions based on the specific needs of accounts and Health Care Providers (HCPs).

As the primary Point of Contact (PoC) in our customer-focused model, the TAS will engage with clients to identify mutual goals and address their needs through effective problem-solving and connections to company resources, ultimately aiming to enhance patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Facilitate clinical discussions that motivate customers to advocate for their patients and engage the entire account to identify barriers and provide suitable solutions.

2. Identify common objectives and utilize knowledge and strategies within the account to create a strategic business plan that boosts product demand by addressing the needs of key partners and their patients.

3. Collaborate effectively with territory colleagues and other teams to proactively respond to customer needs and deliver appropriate access support.

4. Leverage market expertise and knowledge of competitors to anticipate and address business opportunities and challenges efficiently.

5. Analyze market data and trends to gain insights into the local business landscape, drive engagement, and lead both virtual and in-person interactions with customers.

6. Organize necessary planning meetings with key partners to tackle complex customer issues and work collaboratively across functions to ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Provide timely access support and collaborate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) associates to meet customer requirements.

8. Understand how to utilize systems and multi-channel options to engage customers effectively in both face-to-face and virtual settings.


Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, biotech, or a similar sales role within the last 5 years.

Strong collaboration skills, ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment, and a proven track record of high performance in selling to large accounts and key customer segments are essential.

Self-motivated with analytical skills to identify, prioritize, and apply relevant information to solve problems while demonstrating ethical leadership and promoting compliance with company policies and regulations.


Travel Requirements:
This remote position requires travel 60-80% of the time across a broad geographic area. A valid driver's license is mandatory.

Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience across various therapeutic areas, account management strategies, and new product launches.

Comprehensive understanding of patient services, market access, reimbursement pathways, and medical calling on HCPs regarding sophisticated products.
