We are currently seeking a Head of Engineering, Maintenance & EHS in our operations.

Ferring + You is responsible for spearheading process enhancements within the facility, implementing engineering solutions and tools to optimize manufacturing and infrastructure.

Ensure the upkeep of equipment and tools utilized in production and laboratories.
Your Role at Ferring:
  • Oversee project scope, budget planning, resource allocation, economic assessments, and timelines.
  • Coordinate maintenance initiatives, including budget evaluations and timeline assessments.
  • Develop preventive maintenance systems for machinery and equipment.
  • Execute master plans and monitor activities related to maintenance operations.
  • Guide and inspire technicians to achieve maintenance team objectives.
  • Supervise and coordinate services provided by external vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in resource management and project leadership.
  • Proven track record in coordinating complex maintenance tasks and team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in English.
