This position reports to

Maintenance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this position, you will have the opportunity to lead the factory Maintenance team in the planning and execution of initiatives that enhance and sustain the reliability, effectiveness, and efficiency of equipment, technical infrastructure, production lines, and facilities. Each day, you will develop and implement equipment life cycle management procedures aimed at optimizing costs and profitability. You will also demonstrate your expertise by proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines to minimize both routine and extraordinary maintenance. The work model for this role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite You will be primarily responsible for:
• Proposing and managing the annual maintenance budget by monitoring costs and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and determining actions to address cost issues as necessary.
• Defining maintenance policies and processes that maximize efficiency of equipment, production lines, and facilities.
• Developing and implementing life cycle management procedures for all new and existing equipment.
• Establishing maintenance plans for new production lines and recommending methods to enhance reliability, ongoing maintenance, and safety of equipment, in collaboration with the Engineering department.

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience OR Associate's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience OR High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • Preferred Experience Includes: Industrial Maintenance Leadership, PLC troubleshooting and controls experience, SAP, Kronos, Lean Certifications.
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of industrial electrical applications, pneumatics, hydraulics, and control systems.
  • Candidates must already possess work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
