About the Role

Bachoco USA is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance & Engineer Trainee. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and master all aspects of our poultry process, working closely with our experienced engineers and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rotate through various departments to gain hands-on experience in the poultry industry and understand fully integrated operations systems.
  • Perform on-the-job tasks with plant operations, ensuring a safe and quality environment.
  • Complete assignments and coordinate daily activities with department leaders, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Develop and demonstrate management competencies, including problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of poultry operations, including production processes and quality control measures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical) from a reputable institution.
  • No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
