This position reports to

Maintenance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this position, you will have the opportunity to guide the factory Maintenance team in the strategizing and execution of initiatives that sustain and enhance the reliability, effectiveness, and efficiency of machinery, technical infrastructure, production lines, and facilities. Each day, you will create and implement equipment life cycle management protocols aimed at optimizing costs and profitability. You will also demonstrate your expertise by formulating and suggesting enhancement projects for processes and production lines to minimize both routine and extraordinary maintenance. The work model for this role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite You will be primarily responsible for:
• Proposing and overseeing the annual maintenance budget by tracking the costs and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and determining actions to address cost issues as necessary.
• Establishing maintenance policies and procedures that promote maximum efficiency of machinery, production lines, and facilities.
• Developing and executing life cycle management protocols for all new and existing machinery.
• Creating maintenance plans for new production lines and recommending methods to enhance reliability, ongoing maintenance, and safety of machinery, in collaboration with the Engineering department.

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience OR Associate's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience OR High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • Preferred Experience Includes: Industrial Maintenance Leadership, PLC troubleshooting and controls experience, SAP, Kronos, Lean Certifications.
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of industrial electrical applications, pneumatics, hydraulics, and control systems.
  • Candidates must already possess work authorization that would allow them to work for ABB in the US.
