Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Development Manager will play a key role in preparing for growth to a higher-level Regional Sales Manager role within Multivac. This position involves learning the products and processes of the comprehensive line of Fritsch bakery equipment and shadowing Regional Sales Managers to become proficient in internal and external sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn the products and processes of the comprehensive line of Fritsch bakery equipment
  • Shadow Regional Sales Managers to become proficient in internal and external sales processes
  • Assist Regional Sales Managers in identifying potential sales opportunities with existing customers and new prospects
  • Travel up to 80% and spend the remainder of the time in the office to ensure proper preparation and follow-up
  • Attend and participate in trade shows, sales meetings, industry meetings, and other activities as directed by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or other related discipline
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with ERP and contact management systems required

Working Conditions:
