About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Account Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for establishing relationships with key decision makers, overcoming objections, and providing world-class customer service from the close of the sale to the delivery of the order.

Responsibilities
  • Cold calling to potential clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers to drive sales growth
  • Overcoming objections and educating clients on the value of doing business with Connection
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • A strong drive to succeed and a passion for sales and account management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with computer programs and software
