About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Connection. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for all of your deals, building long-term relationships with multiple decision-makers throughout the companies you support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish new accounts through outbound cold calling and prospecting to develop a book of business and manage long-term business-to-business sales relationships with your customers.
  • Regularly quote opportunities to potential and current customers.
  • Add 1-2 monthly buying accounts so that you have 12 to 24 buying accounts by the end of your first year.
  • Focus 75% of your time on prospecting for new business using paid resources like ZoomInfo.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should be consistent and persistent in your work, tenacious, and strive to create positive outcomes with every conversation. You should be good at building relationships and quickly connecting with people, curious, coachable, competitive, and like to work toward and hit sales targets. Remote opportunities are available in Eastern and Central Time Zones.
