Business Development Manager for Broker Partnerships

">The Opportunity
">We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our Broker Partnerships initiatives in Chicago and other Midwest locations. This full-time role will focus on building relationships with local brokerages, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through successful partnerships.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop a targeted outreach strategy for local real estate firms, leveraging WeWork's value proposition to drive sales opportunities.">
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local office brokers, serving as the primary point of contact for WeWork in the Chicago Area.">
- Mastery of WeWork's assets and market strategy, ensuring seamless communication with broker partners and clients.">
- Presentation and promotion of WeWork's product offering and value proposition to broker partners and clients, generating new leads and sales opportunities.">
- Tracking and management of sales activities within CRM systems, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into sales.">
- Qualification and hand-off of leads to Sales teams, ensuring efficient lead management and conversion.">
- Organization and execution of face-to-face meetings, presentations, and events to promote WeWork's products and services, fostering strong relationships with broker partners and clients.">
- Collaboration with Sales teams on transaction management for large broker-led deals, ensuring seamless coordination and successful deal closure.">
- Support for launch planning and go-to-market strategy development, contributing to the success of WeWork's expansion efforts.">
- Preparation and submission of regular reports to management, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.">
- Maintenance of high partner satisfaction levels, ensuring exceptional customer experience and loyalty.">
About You:
">- A minimum of 5+ years of commercial real estate experience, with a proven track record of sales success.">
- Proven ability to prospect and manage complex sales cycles, leveraging relationship-building skills to drive revenue growth.">
- Natural networker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with broker partners and clients.">
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.">
- Comfortable traveling to interface with brokers and the brokerage community, with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.">
- Strong team player with excellent project management skills, able to prioritize initiatives and execute plans effectively.">
- Proficiency in SalesForce or similar CRM systems, Google Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.">
