Provider Partnerships Business Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Provider Partnerships Business Development Lead to join our team at Brave Health. In this role, you will play a key part in driving growth and expanding our network of healthcare provider partners.
You will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare providers, developing and implementing strategies for market expansion, and collaborating with internal teams to align on strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and engaging referring providers, including primary care physicians, specialist physicians, and hospital discharge planners.
- Managing relationships with existing partners to ensure continued patient referrals.
- Developing and implementing strategies for market expansion, including lead generation and in-person visits.
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to align on strategic initiatives and optimize partnerships.
- Gathering and synthesizing feedback from partners, patients, and the market to inform strategy and improve service offerings.
