The opportunity:

Flexport is seeking a Strategic Business Partnership Manager to lead our partnerships with eCommerce, retail, and marketplace partners. This role requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to build deep relationships. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth, monitor operational performance, and communicate engineering milestones.

You will:

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive business growth.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to achieve goals and outcomes with our partners.
  • Drive the launch of new partnerships, including deal negotiation and go-to-market planning.
  • Collaborate with client operations teams to identify upsell opportunities and develop strategic account plans.
  • Communicate with leadership on partnership performance and progress.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in customer-facing sales, business development, or management consulting.
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers and senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A passion for pursuing bold ideas within business priorities.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
