**Job Title:** Women's Business Development Lead
**Estimated Salary:** $75,000 - $90,000 per year
The Women's Business Development Center (WBDC) is a 501(c)(3) nationally recognized leader in the field of women's business development and economic empowerment. We are seeking an experienced Women's Business Development Lead to support the delivery of programming that provides business development services and resources to nascent and emerging entrepreneurs.
This full-time, exempt position reports to the Managing Director and is responsible for leading the implementation of WBDC's Entrepreneurial programming and services. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase access to business development services and resources for underrepresented entrepreneurs;
- Supporting client advising, including assessing and supporting client needs;
- Managing and coordinating resources, community partnerships, and various subject-matter experts for execution of programming and services;
- Working with marketing team to manage promotion of, and outreach for, workshops, events, and training sessions;
- Representing the WBDC at trade shows and events through networking, presentations, and public speaking.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
- At least 2 years of work experience;
- A Bachelor's degree;
- A passion for women's issues and economic empowerment.
