Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
You will be tasked with promoting a diverse range of innovative technology solutions, including:

- Office technology equipment and services
- Interactive boards
- Managed IT services
- VOIP solutions
- Managed print services
- Business supplies

This role involves territory-based sales and requires daily local travel.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Promoting products and solutions to new and existing clients through prospecting, cold calling, and leveraging current client referrals.
- Managing accounts to meet expected business outcomes on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Introducing new products, offering promotions, and collaborating with the customer service team to resolve client issues.
- Handling contract negotiations and account documentation.
- Acting as a liaison with specialists to complete projects and strengthen relationships with existing accounts.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, customer service, or account management, with experience in prospecting for new business and overcoming rejection. We welcome candidates with a blend of education and experience, including athletics, internships, or roles that have honed their business acumen, competitiveness, and resilience.

We seek individuals who are competitive, positive, and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to excel in a customer-centric environment. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills are essential.

Compensation Details
We offer competitive compensation for high achievers, including a base salary, multiple bonuses, and uncapped commissions. Total compensation can range from $60,000 to $150,000 or more, with average first-year earnings between $60,000 and $70,000, and the potential to consistently exceed $100,000 within 2-3 years.

All candidates must successfully pass a criminal background check prior to hire and possess a valid Driver License and reliable transportation.
