Sales Representative - HVAC Solutions

Position Overview:
We are in search of a talented sales professional for the role of HVAC Solutions Sales Representative. This individual will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects within designated accounts, delivering impactful sales presentations, and addressing customer inquiries and objections with expertise and efficiency. The role includes managing quotes and closing sales, as well as assessing commercial HVAC systems to provide tailored recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and schedule appointments effectively to maximize productivity.
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations to encourage customer purchases and identify opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Demonstrate a consistent ability to generate sales revenue through a proven track record.
  • Survey commercial HVAC mechanical systems to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations Department to communicate customer requirements.
  • Work alongside Building Automation and Client Services sales representatives for team selling opportunities.
  • Utilize vertical market strategies to uncover opportunities within the current customer base.
  • Employ a value proposition statement to engage customer interest.
  • Interpret job conditions and recommend necessary maintenance.
  • Address customer questions and objections with professionalism.
  • Identify customer needs and effectively resolve concerns.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations.
  • Handle objections with skill.
  • Articulate conceptual sales and return on investment to customers.
  • Understand and adhere to company credit policies.
  • Coordinate project work with multiple subcontractors and equipment representatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience with commercial HVAC systems.
  • Mechanical aptitude is essential.
  • Familiarity with building codes and standards.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a safe driving record as required by company policy.

Compensation & Location:
This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, performance bonuses, automobile allowance, comprehensive benefits, and a 401K plan with company contributions. Relocation assistance is also available.
