Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive compensation for high achievers, including a base salary, multiple bonuses, and uncapped commissions. Expected total compensation ranges from $60,000 to $150,000 or more, with average first-year earnings between $60,000 and $70,000. There is significant potential for income growth within 2-3 years.
Additional benefits include a cell phone allowance, vehicle allowance, and comprehensive health benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and generous paid time off, along with opportunities for professional development.
Candidates must successfully pass a criminal background check and possess a valid Driver License and reliable transportation.
