Senior Consultant, Nuclear Product Sales Advisor

**This position necessitates significant travel and should be based near a major airport**

The Nuclear Product Sales Advisor is tasked with identifying opportunities, promoting, expanding, and sustaining product usage among targeted healthcare professionals and administrators. The individual will enhance revenue and profitability of our unique technology, catering to both new and existing clientele. This is achieved through distinct product and service offerings. The Advisor will collaborate closely with sales representatives, distribution partners, and regional directors. The role requires a commitment to acquiring and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of job responsibilities, the products promoted, and the relevant medical conditions.

**The designated territory includes multiple states in the western region of the United States**

Key Responsibilities

Execute sales strategies at both account and territory levels. Cultivate effective, professional relationships within institutions with key prospective product users and purchasing decision-makers. Comprehend and adhere to all institutional policies regarding access and the introduction, education, evaluation, and application of new pharmaceutical products. Assume full responsibility for meeting established product sales targets. Develop a strategic business development plan for the territory, focusing on referring physician specialties, hospital/imaging centers, and nuclear medicine departments. Conduct all activities within the allocated expense budget. Maintain regular communication with the Director regarding progress, achievements, challenges, and market insights. Ensure utilization of only approved and up-to-date sales materials and messaging. Foster productive relationships and activities with sales teams, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders. Adhere to all pharmacovigilance policies and ensure timely reporting of any product-related adverse events. Acquire, pass all assessments, and sustain a standard level of knowledge related to assigned job responsibilities, including product and disease state knowledge. Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders. Proactively identify key issues and provide effective responses to business development opportunities. Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, health science, or a related field is strongly preferred. Over 5 years of experience in healthcare sales within a highly regulated environment. Previous sales experience engaging with physicians, clinical end-users, materials management, and executive leadership is desirable. Strong preference for experience in selling and leading teams in clinical, diagnostic, imaging, or laboratory products and services. Prior experience in Nuclear Medicine and Oncology is advantageous. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to cultivate productive long-term relationships at all organizational levels. Strong planning, forecasting, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are essential. Valid driver's license is required. Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time.
