Your Role

As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will play a crucial role in positively impacting our clients' lives by guiding them in making informed financial decisions to meet their personal and financial aspirations. Our mortgage professionals are among the best in the industry, and their expertise keeps us at the forefront of market trends, enabling us to lead in the mortgage sector. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to every client.
  • Promote and secure residential loan business, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards throughout the loan process.
  • Educate clients on the home-buying or refinancing journey and provide insights on effective mortgage management.
  • Develop and grow your business within USA Mortgage, supported by our dedicated team.
Qualifications
  • Completion of a 2 to 4-year college program preferred, or equivalent experience in the industry.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
  • Experience with Encompass or similar software.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Familiarity with various residential mortgage loan products.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a competitive spirit.
  • Must possess an MLO approved license in NMLS.
Compensation Overview

• State Minimum Hourly - $13.65 (Recoverable)

• Commissions based on personal production

Salary Structure

$13.65 Minimum Wage (recoverable), eligible for commission.
