Key Responsibilities
Your role will involve promoting a diverse range of innovative technology solutions, including:

- Office technology equipment and services
- Interactive display solutions
- Managed IT services
- VOIP systems
- Managed print services
- Business supplies

This position entails territory-based sales, requiring daily local travel.

You will be responsible for:

  • Engaging new and existing clients through prospecting, cold calling, and leveraging lead resources.
  • Managing accounts to meet and exceed expected business outcomes on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Introducing new products, executing promotions, and collaborating with the customer service team to resolve client issues.
  • Negotiating contracts and maintaining accurate account documentation.
  • Working alongside specialists to complete projects and nurture relationships with current accounts.

Qualifications
We seek candidates with a proven track record in sales, business development, customer service, or account management, particularly in roles that require prospecting and resilience in the face of challenges.

Ideal candidates will possess a blend of education and experience, possibly through athletics, internships, or relevant work experience that has honed their business acumen, competitiveness, and resilience.

Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation structure for high achievers, including a base salary, multiple bonuses, and uncapped commissions. Total compensation can range from $60,000 to $150,000 or more, with average first-year earnings between $60,000 and $70,000, and the potential to consistently exceed $100,000 within 2-3 years.

Additional benefits include a cell phone allowance, vehicle allowance, and comprehensive health benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, life insurance, 401k, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Candidates must successfully pass a criminal background check prior to hire and must possess a valid Driver License and reliable transportation.
