KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by leveraging strong product knowledge

JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide prompt and precise information to clients
- Assist customers with their purchases and returns
- Engage with customers and partners to fulfill service expectations
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- Maintain a tidy workspace and process daily invoices
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Capability to use arms, hands, and fingers repetitively
- Strong communication skills with team members and a positive demeanor with customers
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Familiarity with employment and merchandise handling protocols
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Involves stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, listening, and repetitive motions
Availability:
- Must be available for weekend shifts and 10am-7pm schedules
Physical Requirements:
- Heavy Work: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
Work Environment: Indoor climate-controlled setting
