Position Overview

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Handle incoming customer calls, providing both technical and sales assistance.

  • Offer tailored recommendations based on customer requirements.
  • Identify customer needs to enhance their overall experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and customers.
  • Prior experience in the automotive field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A professional demeanor and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and web browsers.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

  • Previous experience in customer support or service roles.
  • Flexibility in scheduling availability.
