Overview:

  1. Foster and maintain positive relationships with assigned clients.
  2. Achieve all designated responsibilities and performance objectives.
  3. Accurately document, coordinate, and fulfill business transactions and requests in a timely manner, including:
  • Purchase Orders and related inquiries
  • Returns and associated requests
  • Information inquiries
Ensure the timely delivery of products and services in accordance with company policies.Engage in cross-functional teams and collaborative projects.Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management regarding issues, progress, and solutions.Collaborate with the Products Group team to balance responsibilities and share pertinent information.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Care Supervisor.Oversee the customer experience throughout the entire relationship lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • At least one (1) year of experience in Customer Service is required.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is necessary.
  • Basic knowledge of telecommunication concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to coordinate with various management levels across different functional areas.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
