**Job Summary**

Smart Warehousing is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate/Account Manager. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and operational support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective resolution to their inquiries and concerns.

• Maintain open and transparent communication with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including business development, sales, and IT, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

• Assist with operational procedures, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment coordination.

• Utilize proprietary software (SWIMS) to manage orders and customer data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Engage with the Process Compliance Team to address complex or escalated issues.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of experience in a customer service-related position preferred.

• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and technology in general.

• Strong oral and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

• Self-motivated and willing to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
