Senior Sales Leader

Job Summary:
The Branch Manager - Sales Growth is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sales growth and customer loyalty in a retail banking environment. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, develop and execute sales strategies, and collaborate with internal partners to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive growth and customer acquisition
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Collaborate with internal partners to develop and execute business strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in sales or sales leadership
- Previous experience in retail banking or financial services preferred
- Sales management experience and a proven track record of driving sales growth
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
Education:
Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
