Postman is seeking a Senior Partner Engineer, Ecosystem Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Partner Engineering team, you will be responsible for defining and executing our partner engineering strategy, driving developer and app success across customer, partner, and Postman developers.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute our partner engineering strategy
  • Drive developer and app success across customer, partner, and Postman developers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on partner plans and product launches
  • Foster a vibrant partner community and implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve partner satisfaction and scale success
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience as a software engineer, partner engineer, sales engineer, developer experience, and/or related experience
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling apps, partnerships, and partner programs
  • Deep technical experience building on or supporting developer ecosystem platforms
  • Excellent written and spoken business and technical communication skills
What We Offer:
  • Base salary range of $208,000 to $245,000
