Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our North America-based sales efforts. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be responsible for building a pipeline of opportunities, identifying new business prospects, and closing deals that drive net revenue growth. You'll also play a key role in creating sales processes, playbooks, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in North America
  • Build and maintain relationships with top clients and new sign-ups
  • Collaborate with customer success managers to upsell and cross-sell Tidio's products
  • Conduct outreach campaigns to expand our customer base
  • Participate in creating sales playbooks and processes to improve team performance
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success in fast-paced, high-volume SMB sales
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and leading by example a team of sales professionals
  • Native or close to native English skills
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Totango, Gong, or similar platforms
