Job Overview

T-Mobile is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Strategic Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading all sales motions for a team of strategic sales professionals and driving growth in revenue and number of sales across a select number of strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in strategic accounts.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in strategic accounts to drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that drive business results.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics to ensure accurate sales projections and performance tracking.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • 7-10 years of experience in the wireless industry, with a deep understanding of the market and customer needs.
  • 4-7 years of experience in people management, with a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
