About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team at Claroty. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading a high-performing sales team in the Western US.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to capture key opportunities in target markets and enterprise accounts
  • Motivate and inspire the sales team to overachieve and create a positive work environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasting of developing opportunities, pipeline, and revenue
  • Consistently deliver against targets and ensure company goals are achieved
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience building and running enterprise sales teams
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Relevant cybersecurity software industry experience
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and strategies
  • History of consistently meeting/exceeding targets and objectives personally and as a leader
