Responsibilities- Lead a sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to capture key opportunities in target markets and enterprise accounts
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to overachieve and create a positive work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience
- Provide timely and accurate forecasting of developing opportunities, pipeline, and revenue
- Consistently deliver against targets and ensure company goals are achieved
- 10+ years' experience building and running enterprise sales teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Relevant cybersecurity software industry experience
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and strategies
- History of consistently meeting/exceeding targets and objectives personally and as a leader
