ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Systems Integration Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Sync1 Systems product and development teams. Your primary responsibility will be to manage, coordinate, and facilitate the integration of diverse systems and applications throughout the organization. You will liaise with technical teams, partners, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation, efficient maintenance, and alignment with business objectives. Furthermore, you will provide ongoing support for existing integrations to foster successful partnerships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Integration Oversight: Supervise the execution and support of integration initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Technical Liaison: Serve as a bridge between technical teams, partners, and business units to enhance communication and problem-solving during integration efforts.
  • System Oversight: Monitor integrated systems to confirm their optimal functionality and promptly address any arising issues.
  • Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve integration-related challenges, collaborating with internal teams and partners to identify and rectify issues.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain precise and current documentation for integration processes, including system configurations, workflows, and support protocols.
  • User Assistance: Provide technical support to users and stakeholders, aiding them in understanding integrated systems and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Partner Collaboration: Engage with partners to ensure their systems integrate effectively with internal systems, coordinating testing and resolving any encountered issues.
  • Continuous Partner Support: Deliver ongoing assistance to partners by addressing their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of integrations.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing webinars, press releases, and user conference materials to ensure effective communication and user engagement.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all integrations adhere to internal security policies and relevant industry regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in systems integration, support, or a related technical role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with REST/SOAP tools, basic understanding of system administration, databases, and network configurations.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, capable of effectively collaborating with technical teams, partners, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in managing integration tasks and documentation.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Working knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON
  • Experience with REST/SOAP tools
  • Familiarity with Swagger, Postman
  • Database experience
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, TargetProcess, Zendesk
  • Experience in writing user stories for product development
