Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert SIP Troubleshooting: Utilize advanced SIP troubleshooting techniques using Wireshark and other VoIP analyzer tools to identify and resolve complex network issues.
  • Cloud Technology Expertise: Leverage extensive experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure to design and implement scalable VoIP solutions.
  • System Administration: Perform intermediate-level Linux administration tasks to ensure the smooth operation of VoIP systems.
  • Recording and Transcoding: Implement intermediate-level Ribbon SBC SIP recording and transcoding solutions to ensure high-quality voice communications.
  • WebRTC Expertise: Develop intermediate-level WebRTC technologies to enhance VoIP network functionality.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 Years of Experience: Proven experience in VoIP SBC engineering, SIP troubleshooting, and cloud technology implementation.
  • Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of SIP, VoIP, and cloud technologies, as well as intermediate-level skills in Linux administration and WebRTC.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ribbon/Sonus SBC Experience: 2-5 years of experience with Ribbon/Sonus SBC solutions.
  • Genesys Core and Voice Experience: 2-5 years of experience with Genesys Core and Voice solutions.
