Job Overview

As we navigate this dynamic landscape, we are looking for a dedicated HR Systems and Reporting Analyst to oversee our HR system integrations and reporting processes in a Remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of HR system integrations, including file transfers and automation via SFTP, API, and other methods.
  • Act as the primary liaison among HR, IT, external vendors, and stakeholders for HR system integration and implementation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to gather system requirements and pinpoint opportunities for enhancements to streamline HR processes.
  • Work closely with IT stakeholders to support middleware solutions utilized for integrations and other IT-related projects that involve HRIS.
  • Monitor and resolve integration challenges between the HR system and other platforms such as SAP and Litmos.
  • Lead and manage various HR/HRIS projects, including scoping, planning, and scheduling, in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct data analysis and advanced reporting using tools like Business Intelligence and PowerBI.
  • Assist in the creation, validation, and execution of both scheduled and custom HR reports.
  • Identify potential areas for leveraging and enhancing HRIS systems and processes.
  • Develop business requirements and convert them into functional and technical design documents.
  • Document specifications for integration and data migration tasks.
  • Create and update business process flows as necessary.
  • Facilitate integration and user testing, including the documentation of test scenarios and oversight of testing progress.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
  • Stay informed about trends and advancements in HRIS technologies and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient knowledge of UKG Pro / UltiPro HR systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with various HRIS, Time & Attendance, Payroll systems, and integrations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR business processes and the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong reporting skills, including experience in dashboard creation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a sense of ownership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • PMP or Agile certification is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting HR functions.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance across full life-cycle development projects, systems analysis, and testing.
