Position Summary:
As a Systems Integration Analyst, you will be instrumental in facilitating transformation initiatives within our IT/technical teams across global sites.


Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation of SAP, Engineering Change Notices (ECN), B2B configurations, and Bill of Materials Management (BOM).

You will engage directly with clients, lead project implementation plans, and provide training to team members on new BOM structures.

This role demands a proactive approach to conducting gap analysis reviews between existing and new systems, along with ongoing support for SAP setup, ECNs, and Oracle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a catalyst for change, assisting global sites in implementing new transformation initiatives related to SAP, ECN, B2B configurations, and BOM management.
  • Lead the execution of project plans for BOM modifications, ensuring timely and precise implementation.
  • Conduct thorough gap analysis reviews to identify discrepancies between current processes/systems and new requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support for SAP setup, configuration, and maintenance activities.
  • Interface directly with clients to comprehend their needs and integrate them into system configurations.
  • Train team members on new BOM structures and system functionalities.
  • Assist in troubleshooting system issues and offer solutions to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and technological advancements to recommend enhancements and optimizations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Systems Integration Analyst or in a similar capacity, preferably within a manufacturing or supply chain context.
  • Proficiency in SAP implementation and configuration is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Engineering Change Notice (ECN) processes and B2B configurations.
  • Experience with Bill of Materials Management (BOM) systems and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and business needs.
