Position: Fund Accountant or Senior Fund Accountant

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Position Summary:

Our US Fund Solutions division is in search of a Fund Accountant or Senior Fund Accountant with 1-3 years of relevant experience. The selected candidate will oversee various client deliverables, ensuring exceptional service. Responsibilities encompass fund administration tasks for private equity funds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with GAAP and other standards.
  • Calculate capital calls and distributions, and prepare associated correspondence.
  • Execute NAV calculations.
  • Conduct investor and compliance reporting.
  • Engage in daily interactions with clients.
  • Manage a matrix reporting structure for client services.
  • Handle internal responsibilities, including status reports and time tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is mandatory.
  • Prior experience as a Fund Accountant in Private Equity or Hedge Funds is essential.
  • Familiarity with US GAAP is required.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges).
  • Experience with Investran is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
