Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will oversee various client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery alongside their client service team.

Key deliverables will encompass fund administration services for private equity funds, including:
  • Examination of accounting records, financial statements, and supporting schedules (GAAP & OCBOA)
  • Assessment of SBA compliance reporting, including preparation of SBA Form 468
  • Verification of capital call and distribution calculations and associated correspondence
  • Analysis of waterfalls and partner capital account statements
  • Coordination of deliverables with the Investor Services team
  • Guidance, supervision, and training of team members
  • Regular interaction with clients and team members
  • Management of internal responsibilities (filing, status reports, time tracking, etc.)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is mandatory; CPA or CPA candidate is preferred
  • Experience in private equity portfolio/investment and partnership accounting is essential
  • Familiarity with US GAAP
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges)
  • Experience with Investran is advantageous
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Proven experience in team leadership, delegation, training, and supervision
  • Strong background in managing client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
