Position Overview: Fund Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:
The Fund Services Manager will oversee various client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery alongside their client service team. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the examination of accounting records, financial reports, and supporting documentation (GAAP & OCBOA)
- Ensuring compliance with SBA reporting requirements, including the preparation of SBA Form 468
- Managing the review of capital call and distribution calculations and associated communications
- Evaluating waterfalls and partner capital account statements
- Coordinating deliverables with the Investor Services team
- Facilitating career development, supervision, and training for team members
- Engaging in daily interactions with clients and team members
- Handling internal responsibilities such as filing, status updates, and time tracking
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is essential; CPA or CPA candidate status is preferred
- Proven experience in Private Equity portfolio/investment and partnership accounting
- Familiarity with US GAAP
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges)
- Experience with Investran is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Experience in leading teams, delegating responsibilities, and mentoring staff
- Strong background in managing client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
