Key Responsibilities:

The Fund Services Manager will oversee various client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery alongside their client service team. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the examination of accounting records, financial reports, and supporting documentation (GAAP & OCBOA)
  • Ensuring compliance with SBA reporting requirements, including the preparation of SBA Form 468
  • Managing the review of capital call and distribution calculations and associated communications
  • Evaluating waterfalls and partner capital account statements
  • Coordinating deliverables with the Investor Services team
  • Facilitating career development, supervision, and training for team members
  • Engaging in daily interactions with clients and team members
  • Handling internal responsibilities such as filing, status updates, and time tracking

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is essential; CPA or CPA candidate status is preferred
  • Proven experience in Private Equity portfolio/investment and partnership accounting
  • Familiarity with US GAAP
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges)
  • Experience with Investran is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Experience in leading teams, delegating responsibilities, and mentoring staff
  • Strong background in managing client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
