In this pivotal leadership position, you will oversee the daily operations of our senior living community, ensuring exceptional hospitality and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary executive for all operational aspects, acting as the main liaison for staff, residents, prospective clients, community organizations, government entities, and the public as necessary.
  • Enhance resident retention by engaging with residents and their families, addressing any concerns that may arise.
  • Promptly respond to all inquiries, whether they come via walk-ins, phone calls, or mail.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends.
  • Meet and exceed expectations related to meaningful interactions, leasing, and occupancy rates.
  • Ensure financial accountability by managing budgets and cash flow, proactively addressing potential variances and deficits.
  • Recruit, train, manage, and, if necessary, terminate staff in accordance with corporate policies.
  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal licensing requirements.
  • Facilitate staff meetings to promote communication and collaboration.
  • Advocate for resident rights, assisting them in making informed choices while treating them with dignity and respect.
  • Engage actively in community social and civic activities, representing our organization in various local, state, and professional forums.
  • Oversee additional support and management roles as required.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business management, ideally within the senior housing sector.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen effectively to residents, guests, and team members.
  • Proven management capabilities and a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks and priorities.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
