- Fund Administration Services: Deliver fund administration services to private equity funds, including review of accounting records, financial statements, and support schedules (GAAP & OCBOA), SBA compliance reporting, capital call & distribution calculations and letters, waterfalls, and partner capital account statements.
- Team Management: Coordinate deliverables with Investor Services team, career development, supervision, and training of staff, daily client and team member interaction, and internal responsibilities (filing, status reports, time tracking, etc.).
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required, CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
- Experience: Experience in Private Equity portfolio/investment and partnership accounting required.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of US GAAP, advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges), and Investran experience preferred.
- Soft Skills: Able to multitask and perform tasks under strict deadlines, experience leading a team, delegating, training, and supervising staff, experience managing client relationships, professional verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
