Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough internal investigations related to behavioral and workplace issues, utilizing effective planning and interviewing techniques along with proper documentation and outcomes.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and interpretation of internal processes and programs for our Global Employee Relations team.
  • Design and deliver tailored solutions with a strong emphasis on scalability and growth, including conflict resolution, mediation, and change management.
  • Provide strategic Employee Relations support, business partnership, and coaching across all organizational levels.
  • Proactively evaluate team and managerial development needs, offer recommendations, and implement suitable solutions and corrective actions as necessary.
  • Support data analysis and reporting initiatives based on business requirements, identifying key trends in employee relations to foster proactive solutions and minimize reactive efforts.
  • Balance risk by considering employee, business, and company perspectives.
  • Design and facilitate internal training sessions for people leaders and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues in HR Business Partnering, Legal, Investigations, Learning & Development, and HR Programs to implement effective solutions.
  • Engage in and lead projects as a vital member of the extended HR community, influencing others within the organization.
  • Establish collaborative and productive working relationships.
  • Promote understanding and compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws through coaching, presentations, and training.
