Role Summary

Catapult Solutions Group seeks a skilled Market Development Manager to drive business expansion in the mid-market segment.

The ideal candidate will possess 3-10 years of experience in consultative, B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success in selling into the mid-market space (50-500 employees).

A competitive base salary of $65,000, accompanied by performance-based incentives, is offered. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes a 401(k) with a $.65 match for every dollar contributed up to 6% of eligible pay, 10 paid holidays, and inclusive medical plans.

About This Opportunity

This Market Development Manager position plays a critical role in identifying and converting potential clients within the mid-market segment.

The successful candidate will be a strategic, consultative sales professional who can effectively communicate the value of our technology to potential clients.

Key responsibilities include prospecting and identifying potential clients through targeted outreach and networking, conducting comprehensive consultations to understand potential clients' unique business challenges, and developing and delivering compelling sales presentations showcasing our product solutions.
