Kentech Consulting Inc. is a dynamic background technology screening company seeking a skilled Account Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our client base within the SMB segment.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely and effective deal completion.
  • Conduct thorough research on clients' challenges and develop targeted solutions using Kentech's products.
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to drive the sales process forward.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for target markets to achieve revenue goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular in-person meetings and communication.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Experience in tech or SaaS sales is beneficial.
  • Proven success in closing deals, with at least 1 year of experience in this area.
  • Strong understanding of the background screening industry and its related practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
