Position Overview

The role of a Hotel Front Desk Clerk at Embassy Suites Tucson Paloma Village may be the perfect opportunity for you. In this position, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing their reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming Guests: Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and provide room keys and assignments.
  • Room Preparation: Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure that all accommodations are ready for incoming guests.
  • Reservation Management: Handle bookings through various channels, including in-person, online, and phone inquiries, while addressing questions regarding room availability, amenities, and special requests.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest accounts and transactions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the hospitality industry or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management software.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle phone inquiries and manage stressful situations effectively.
