Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests upon arrival, facilitate check-in and check-out processes, distribute room keys, and accurately record payment information.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping to guarantee that accommodations are prepared for incoming guests.
  • Oversee room reservations through various channels, including in-person, online, and via phone, while addressing inquiries regarding room availability, amenities, pricing, special requests, and loyalty programs.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints in a professional manner.

Administrative Duties:
Maintain precise and current records of all guest accounts.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience of at least 1 year in the hospitality sector or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management software is advantageous.
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle phone calls effectively and manage challenging situations with composure.
