Position Overview

The Guest Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating a seamless check-in experience for our esteemed guests. This position involves the meticulous management of reservations, ensuring that all bookings—whether for wholesale, group, or VIP guests—are processed with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reservation Management: Accurately input and confirm reservations in a timely manner, adhering to the specified turnaround times for different booking types.
  • Billing Accuracy: Ensure that all billing information is correctly assigned to each reservation, maintaining the integrity of our financial processes.
  • Guest Interaction: Provide exceptional service to guests during the check-in process, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. A background in hospitality or related fields is preferred.
